1. Information Aweluni stores on your device

Aweluni's main alarm features operate on the user's device.

The app may store the following information locally on the device:

• Alarm time
• Alarm name
• Repeat days
• Whether an alarm is enabled
• Sound, vibration, screen-lighting, and flash settings
• Alarm sound type and volume settings
• Must Wake Up feature settings
• Wake Check settings
• Access information for audio files selected by the user
• Alarm execution and wake-up records

This information is used to provide Aweluni's alarm and wake-up features.

Aweluni does not transmit these alarm settings or wake-up records to its own server or link them to a separate omtools account.

2. Wake-up records

Aweluni may store wake-up records on the device so users can confirm whether alarms ran correctly and review their own wake-up history.

Wake-up records may include:

• Scheduled alarm time
• Actual alarm start time
• Start delay
• Alarm stage transition times
• Alarm end time
• Alarm playback duration
• Luni Clear execution information
• Wake Check execution information
• Reason the alarm ended
• Error or status information that occurred while the alarm was running

These records are stored locally on the user's device.

Aweluni is currently designed to retain wake-up records for up to approximately 30 days, and older records may be deleted automatically.

Users can delete records directly from the wake-up history screen in the app.

3. User audio files

Users may select audio files stored on their device as alarm sounds.

Aweluni uses the selected audio file for alarm playback and does not upload the audio file itself to an omtools server.

The app may store device-local access information for the selected file so that it can be played again.

4. Advertising and third-party services

Aweluni may use Google AdMob to operate and provide the service.

During ad delivery, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information such as:

• IP address
• Approximate location that may be inferred from the IP address
• App interaction information such as app launches and taps
• Diagnostic or performance information about the app and SDK
• Android Advertising ID
• App Set ID
• Other device- or account-related identifiers

This information may be processed for purposes including:

• Advertising or marketing
• Ad performance measurement and analytics
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Compliance with applicable laws and policies

Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using secure connections such as TLS.

The use of advertising identifiers and choices related to personalized advertising may vary depending on the user's device settings, Google settings, and regional privacy choices.

5. Advertising consent and privacy choices

Where required, Aweluni may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to provide consent or choice screens related to advertising and privacy.

Where available, users may review or change privacy-related choices again in Aweluni's settings screen.

Advertising and privacy choices may vary depending on the user's country or region and relevant Google policies.

6. Information Aweluni does not collect

Aweluni does not currently operate its own account system.

Accordingly, omtools does not directly request or store the following information on its own servers in order to provide Aweluni's basic features:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address
• Password
• Contacts
• SMS or MMS
• Photos and videos
• Precise GPS location
• Financial information
• Health and medical information

However, as described above, third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob may process certain device and usage information for advertising and related purposes.

7. Permissions

Aweluni may use Android permissions required to provide alarm features.

For example, permissions related to the following features may be used:

• Scheduling exact alarms
• Showing notifications
• Displaying alarms on the lock screen
• Running a foreground service
• Restoring alarms after device reboot
• Vibration
• Keeping the screen awake
• Audio settings
• Using the flash
• Displaying the alarm screen over other apps

If camera permission is requested, it is used to access the device's flash for alarm functionality, not to take or store photos or videos.

The "display over other apps" permission is used to assist with displaying the alarm screen only when the user has explicitly enabled that feature.

8. Data sharing

Aweluni's own alarm settings and wake-up records are stored on the user's device by default and are not transmitted to omtools servers.

When advertising features are enabled, Google AdMob and related Google services may process or share the advertising and device data described above.

Data processed by Google may be subject to Google's Privacy Policy and applicable service policies.

9. Data retention and deletion

Local app data such as alarm settings may be removed when the user deletes the relevant settings or data, or uninstalls the Aweluni app.

Wake-up records are currently designed to be retained on the device for up to approximately 30 days, and users may also delete all records directly in the app.

Because Aweluni does not have user accounts, there is no separate Aweluni account-deletion procedure.

Retention and deletion policies for data processed by third parties such as Google AdMob are governed by those service providers' policies.

10. Security

omtools follows the principle of avoiding unnecessary collection of personal information in the app in order to protect user data.

Aweluni's alarm settings and wake-up records are stored locally on the user's device by default.

Data transmitted to external services uses the secure transmission methods provided by those services.

However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children and teenagers

Aweluni's Google Play target-age settings and advertising settings are operated in accordance with the actual intended audience, applicable laws, and Google Play policies.

If the intended age range or advertising policy changes, this Privacy Policy will also be updated as necessary.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Aweluni's features, SDKs, advertising methods, applicable laws, or policies change.

When important changes are made, the "Last updated" date on this page will be changed.
